【ご注意ください】弊社の名前を騙った通信販売への注意喚起について

2015年7月以降、弊社で発行したかのようなレシートを作成し、商品を販売する業者があるとの報告が寄せられております。
弊社は日本国内で直接取引のある販売業者にのみ輸入取扱商品の販売を行い、その際、商品には必ず弊社発行の保証書が添付されております。
また、その際にレシートを添付することはありません。
上記のような通信販売にはくれぐれもご注意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
なお、弊社に寄せられたご報告内容は以下のとおりです。
- 通信販売サイトに弊社の名前を記載し、偽造したレシートを画像として掲載し、正規品であることを装っていた。
- 購入された商品には弊社から発行した保証書は付いていない。
こうした被害に遭われた場合は、最寄りの警察署またはお住まいの自治体の消費生活センターへご連絡、ご相談ください。

TAKE CAUTION against fabricated receipts in the name of our company, Hibino Intersound
Since July 2015, we have received reports that some customers get receipts in the name of Hibino Intersound written in Japanese, which were never issued by us. The receipts seem to be enclosed with a package.
We sell imported products to authorized dealers only in Japan, and our warranty should be attached to these products. We do not attach any receipts to our products.
Please be careful when you use online shopping.
We have received information from customers as follows;
- In a particular online store, our company name was stated without our permission and some photos of fabricated receipts were shown there.
- Our warranty has not been attached to the products purchased from there.
